Blazon allows you to create your notices once and automatically distribute them in a format that is friendly for email, your website & for mobile devices.

Events from Google calendars can be automatically inserted into your notices to give everyone a reminder of what is coming up.

Blazon integrates tightly with the Mailchimp email system which allows to email out your notices & newsletters and get immediate feedback as to how and when users are viewing your communication.

Blazon can pull events from multiple Google calendars and display them in the mobile app.

• Events can be inserted into notices automatically to remind students of important upcoming dates
• Users can subscribe to the calendars they are interested in
• By giving access of the Goggle calendar to staff, they can directly add events to be displayed in the mobile app.  This can also go through an optional admin approval process if required.

The contact page gives direct access to important contacts.  Touch to call, email or create an email.

An absentee form provides a fast way for parents to communicate to the school office.

Blazon has an in-built form system that allows you to add additional forms for capturing information to be emailed to someone.

The Blazon Mobile app can easily link to and display relevant external content such as the school website and other parent & student portal.

It is also possible to extract selected sections of an external web page.  This allows content to be more easily viewed on the mobile device without unnecessary surrounding information.

It is important with any communication system to be able to quickly and easily add content which is then broadcast to the mobile devices.
